Hi, I'm Ivana - a New Jersey REALTOR® , real estate investor, mom of three grown children, amateur gardener, house rehab fan and proud Philly-born Jersey girl.

As a licensed real estate agent and co-founder of Ciao Bella Homes LLC, I help buyers, sellers, and fellow investors make smart real estate moves across New Jersey. Whether it’s guiding first-time buyers, supporting sellers, or identifying data-driven investment opportunities, I bring a results-driven mindset, an eye for value, and a commitment to honesty, care and respect.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information and Operations Management and bring a robust skill set that includes Data and Financial Analysis, Project Management, Marketing, Customer Service and more from my prior career at the U.S. General Services Administration. After retiring from a decade serving as a Federal government leader — supporting industry, civilian, and military customers around the world — I transitioned into a new chapter all about homes and helping people.  What hasn't changed is my commitment to creating environments where people feel heard and supported and leaving things better than I found them.

I am a South Philadelphia native but have been a long time Gloucester County resident. I live in Mullica Hill with my husband and daughter (who is also my business partner at Ciao Bella Homes LLC), a dog, rabbit and three chickens. I enjoy traveling, attending local community events, supporting local businesses in Jersey or wherever the road may take me.
